The team
Rémy Wilders, Founder and President
Rémy has a Bachelor Degree in artificial intelligence, issued by L’Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Ingénieurs et Centre de Recherche in Caen. He complemented his studies with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, thus having a double entrepreneurial culture. After several experiences inside large corporations (BNP Paribas, Sanofi Aventis, Canal Plus, Bouygues Telecom and Amadeus), he successfully founded a number of companies, out of which Bantry Technologies (Ireland) reached international status. His passion for knowledge management and Web 2.0 led him to establish KMB Partners in 2005 and its subsidiary company Jog the Web in 2007.
Philippe Bélanger, Responsable Canada & Organisation
After graduating L’Université de Sherbrooke (Québec) with a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics, Phillipe never ceased to improve his expertise in the development, design and integration of information systems (framework, J2EE, web, RIA, mobile, etc.). He has a solid international experience: Japan (Hewlett-Packard Laboratories), Canada (Lockheed-Martin) as well as a solid French one: Sophia Antipolis (Amadeus), Paris (KMB Partners), which enables him to better understand the business and organizational needs of the modern borderless, globalized sectors of activity.
Sandrine de Monsabert, Training and Evaluation
With a PhD in Science Education, Sandrine complements the team’s way of thinking by participating in various research organizations. After obtaining a diploma in Management, she became an Artificial Intelligence engineer within a software development company of international renown. She has extensive experience in the creation, management and auditing of associations and public organizations. Having confirmed her hypotheses through a Master of Research, Sandrine is now studying the impact of the ever-evolving communication tools on education, training and skill transfer.
Fanny Bélanger, Human Resources
Fanny has been working in the Human Resources field for over 15 years, having an international experience (Europe, The United States and Canada). Her expertise in communication and individual and team coaching allows her to focus on the quality of inter-human relationships so as to perfectly blend respect with a rigorous execution of tasks. As a trainer and representative for several international consulting companies, Fanny is familiar with the use of intricate methods and tools, such as NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), the systemic approach or transactional analysis. She is fond of travelling, exploring cultural diversity and foreign languages. Fanny is a certified SICPNL coach.
Liv Lefebvre, Cognitive psychology and ergonomics
Liv has a PhD in Cognitive Psychology and ergonomics. She is a specialist in the use of innovative technologies and has gained her expertise during the seven years of research in government laboratories and research departments of large companies such as Orange Labs (France Télécom R&D), Alcatel-Lucent R&D or Télécom Paris Tech. Liv has coordinated many projects that involved human-computer interaction and software development (collaborative virtual environments, media communication systems, interactive voice services, video games, information retrieval and collaborative work software). Liv is a project manager.

Polyspot offers a personalized search engine for corporations. The Polyspot-MyOwnDesktop integration enables KMB Partners to provide a real “Search and Act” solution to its users, who can now save the documents found using the Polyspot engine onto their personal virtual desk.
History
Established in February 2005, the KMB Partners group assists large corporations with knowledge management issues and optimization.
KMB Partners brings of a team of engineers which are recognized specialists in the following fields:

In 2007, with the support of the OSEO agency, KMB Partners established the subsidiary company “Jog The Web”, which is dedicated to the management of web resources.
Since 2008 KMB Partners has strengthened its research and development power by integrating two senior researchers in:

Today, our company has 22 employees, operating in France and Canada, which all contribute to the success of KMB Partners in both software development and project support and counseling.
